We are one of the pioneer manufacturer to make 100% PTFE filter with our special skilled technique, produce import and home-made PTFE short fibre stapled with PTFE long fiber scrim, this filter has an excellent chemical stability to resist almost all of chemical corroding, good hydrolyzed resistance, it is easy to clean dust with its smooth surface, continuous working temperature 240C, peak 260C.

We have a big range of polyester filter products, can be adapt on different filtering requirements, including antistatic filter bag & cloth, oil & water repellent (PTFE coated) filter bag & cloth, PTFE membrane filter bag & cloth; also we can make the products with customers different applications with scrim or without scrim.

Application:

Widely applied in the fluid filtration. Its holding, collision, adsorption and other mechanism are alike the principle of gas filtration, applicable to the separation of liquid phase and solid phase, separation of liquid phase and liquid phase, etc.

It is mainly use on the filtration of wastewater, paint, chemical liquid, food, beverage, medicine and blood as well as the separation of oil and water.

Temperature endurance:

Continuous 130C, Peak 150C, ideal operation temperature in 80C - 150C.
